Tor first picked up sticks aged 13 and soon found herself enrolled in to YMS as a drum student. She learnt from some great teachers for many years and progressed to being self taught. Since she was 18 she started gigging with local bands and more recently joined local rock band 'Salvation Jayne' who had a unique brand of intense, dark and dynamic post-punk. They enjoyed numerous sold out shows around the country and had support from Marshall Amps and Natal Drums, who endorse Tor as a drummer. She's performed at the Freddie Gee Academy camp alongside Steve White, Eddy Thrower, Spike T Smith & Pat Garvey to name a few. She's gained plenty of live experience with last-minute deps and sessions for UK Artist Courtney Bennet, USA's Veronica Bianqui and upcoming UK band Frozemode. For 15 years she's been teaching drums privately from home, as well as secondary & primary schools offering lessons for beginners all the way up to pro drummers who have been playing for years and who might be a bit stuck or in need of inspiration.
