Welcome to Your New Student Portal

We're delighted to introduce your new Student Portal.

It gives you one simple place to manage your lessons, payments and account information, making it easier than ever to stay connected with Your Music School.

Getting started only takes a few minutes.

Before You Start

You'll need:

• The email address you use with Your Music School.

• Around five minutes to complete the setup.

Prefer written instructions? Follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Activate Your Account

You'll be taken to our secure Student Portal where you can enter the email address registered with Your Music School.

The system will then send you a secure link to your email so you can create your password.

Step 2 – Create Your Password

Open the email you've just received and click the secure login link.

You'll be asked to choose your own password.

Once you've done that, you'll be logged into your Student Portal.

Step 3 – Check Your Payment Details

Please take a moment to check that your saved payment card is still correct.

If your card has changed recently, simply update it now.

This helps ensure future payments are processed without interruption.

Step 4 – Accept the Updated Terms & Conditions

We've simplified our Terms & Conditions to reflect our new Student Portal and payment process.

Please read through them and click Accept to complete your account setup.

That's It!

Once you've completed these four steps, you're all ready for September.

Important Payment Dates

As part of moving to our new Student Portal, we'll also be introducing a simpler monthly payment schedule.

15 August

We'll collect payment for your September lessons.

September

No further monthly payment will be collected.

From 1 October

Monthly payments will simply be collected on the 1st of each month.
